Mobile Spa Etiquette
Reservation Policy
Reservations may be made 7 days a week. 10 am - 10 pm We recommend at least 3 hours notice for individual treatments and 1 week notice for spa parties and corporate events. Please call 416-888-5835
We travel to where you are and when you're available.
While most of our appointments are booked in advance same day appointments are available and can begin in as little as 3 hours
Please provide the following information when booking your appointment:
• Date and time
• Number of people in your party
• Location of party
• Type of treatment
Our services are in high demand. Please allow for flexibility in your request.
Payment Policy
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex, cash, debit and E-transfer. Full Payment is collected when staff arrives.
RMT bookings will require E-transfer payments and receipts for insurance reimbursement's will be emailed to clients.
Cancellation Policy
For individual services we require 2 hours notice when cancelling an appointment to receive a 100% refund or a minimum of 1 hour notice to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for group events or for an entire spa party must be made 3 Days in advance to receive a refund. Once your appointment date has been reserved for your event/spa party, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows.
What if someone is late?
In the case of a confirmed appointment - if you are not present when we
arrive we will give you a 10 minute grace period. We will then leave & you
will be responsible for the full fee. Should you arrive late, you will be
given the remainder of your scheduled treatment time. You are still
responsible for the full fee.
For Spa Parties, we cannot guarantee full service if someone is late for
their start time. If it fits into the schedule of the party we will try to
accommodate that guest.
Parking fees will apply if on-site parking is not available.
Liability
Our owners and staff are not responsible for accidents,to clothing or property damage.

- We have no travel fee or set up fee, all prices are subject to 13% HST
Gratuities: How you tip is just as important as how much.
If you are pleased with your spa treatments it is normal to give a 15% to 20% gratuity to your Therapist.
