Mobile Spa Etiquette

Reservation Policy
Reservations may be made 7 days a week. 10am - 10pm We recommend at least 24 hours advance notice for individual treatments and 2 weeks for spa parties and corporate events. Last minute appointments are sometimes available. Reservations may be made by calling 416-888-5835.

While most of our appointments are booked in advance, some same day appointments are available. Please provide the following information when booking your appointment:
• Date and time
• Number of people in your party
• Location of party
• Type of treatment

Our services are in high demand and are often booked days in advance. Please allow for flexibility in your request.

Payment Policy
At the time of booking for any services, we require a credit card to hold your reservation and a 50% deposit is Held. Payment in full is required at least one day prior to the appointment date. We accept  MasterCard, Visa, American Express and cash. 

Cancellation Policy
For individual services we require a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment to receive a 100% refund or a minimum of 4 hours notice to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for group events or for an entire spa party must be made 72 hours in advance in order to receive a refund. Once your appointment date has been reserved for your event/spa party, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows.

What if someone is late?
In the case of a confirmed appointment - if you are not present when we arrive we will give you a 10 minute grace period. We will then leave & you will be responsible for the full fee. Should you arrive late, you will be given the remainder of your scheduled treatment time. You are still responsible for the full fee.

For Spa Parties, we cannot guarantee full service if someone is late for their start time. If it fits into the schedule of the party we will try to accommodate that guest.

Parking fees will apply if on-site parking is not available for example ,hospitals and hotels.
